The Evangelical Lutheran Church in Denmark wants to reach young people by being church for and with them, in a language and a form that they understand. Our desire is to show young people that the church takes them, their questions, their beliefs, their joys and their concerns seriously.
One way to do this is by holding special church services, for example freestyle or rock services. Another way to meet young people is through counselling, which is part of the work of youth pastors and university chaplains. The church cooperates with a number of voluntary youth organisations to carry out its calling among young people.
